Items purchased at full price (excluding those below) are eligible for returns within 7 days of delivery.

It is not possible to return socks, beanies, hats, masks, and bandanas due to hygienic reasons. We do not accept returns on sale/discounted items.

The items must be returned in their original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition, with the original tags, and in their original protective packaging. Before a refund is processed, all returns are inspected. You may not receive a refund for returned items that do not meet the above criteria or that are damaged during shipping.

You may return an item(s) for a refund by sending it to the address below with a copy of the order confirmation email and a written explanation of why the item(s) is being returned. Once your return has been processed, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment. With the exception of faulty or incorrectly shipped items, we cannot refund the original shipping charges or the return shipping costs.

Payments are usually returned to your account within 0 to 5 days after they have been made. It may take 2 or 3 billing cycles for your credit card statement to reflect the refund. Contact your credit card company for more information.

In order to check the status of your return, please provide us with the tracking number provided by your mail carrier.

Returning a damaged or incorrect product

Please send us an email within 7 days of receiving a damaged or incorrect item and include your order number and images of the damaged or incorrect item(s). You will be refunded the return shipping cost if we cover it. All shipping costs will be refunded for standard USPS first class or international carrier equivalent only and will not exceed the total amount charged to the customer when the order was placed. Expedited shipping packages will not receive a full postage refund.

At this time, exchanges are not possible due to our fluctuating inventory. Purchasing a new item for exchange is the best way to exchange your item if you would like a refund.
